Q: Will the Novophone® Retro Handset™ work with my cell phone?

A: If your mobile phone has a 'universal' 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack then your mobile phone will work with the Novophone® Retro Handset™.  This includes all iPhones and Blackberrys, most Motorola, Samsung, LG, and many, many other models!  While Nokia and certain Samsung models have a 2.5mm or 3.5mm jack, they are of a proprietary design and do require an adapter to operate properly with the Novophone® Retro Handset™. 

Q: Will the NOVOPHONE handset fit my phone? 

A: Newer mobile phones have a 3.5mm jack. You can tell if your jack is 3.5mm if a standard pair of headphones can plug into the jack.  If a standard pair of headphones is too big, then you most likely have a 2.5mm jack.  If you have a 3.5mm or 2.5mm jack, you can select your NOVOPHONE™ jack size at checkout.   Certain phones do not have any jacks, if this is the case we may have an adapter available to make the Novophone® Retro Handset™ compatible with your mobile phone.  

Q: What does the Multi-Function Button do?

A: The Multi-Function button allows you to answer/end a call without touching your mobile phone.  On certain phones it also allows to activate your mobile phone voice-activation features, or allow it to redial the last number dialed.   When using an adapter with the Novophone® Retro Handset™ the button functionality may be negated.
